Abstract:
An immunity-enhancing composition, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 28-34 parts of Wolfiporia extensa, 14-18 parts of Agaricus subrufescens, 8-12 parts of Grifola frondosa, and 4-6 parts of Panax ginseng. The raw ingredients Wolfiporia extensa, Agaricus subrufescens, Grifola frondosa, and Panax ginseng are all both food and medicine, and have no toxic side effects. When preparing crude polysaccharide extracts, a water extraction process is employed for performing multiple extractions to improve the dissolution of the crude polysaccharides in the raw materials, and a vacuum concentration process is used for enriching and concentrating the raw material extract solution, increasing the crude polysaccharide content, protecting the active ingredients from being destroyed, and retaining the characteristic aroma components and flavours of the raw materials, benefiting digestion and absorption by the body.
