Abstract:
The invention proposes the use of $g(a) and/or $g(b)-glycosides N-acetylmuramil-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine /CH�3?-/CH�2?/�n?-muramildipeptide (MDP) as an immunomodulator, as well as pharmaceutical compositions with antitumor properties that include an effective quantity of $g(a) and/or $g(b)-glycosides muramildipeptide (MDP) and physiologically acceptable carriers. The dosage of the active ingredient in the form of a drug is of 0.0001-100 mg/kg in weight when administered perorally, of 0.00001-30 mg/kg in weight when administered intravenously, and of 0.00001-10 mg/kg in weight in the case of a lyposomal administration. This invention also relates to a preparation formulated on the basis of $g(a) and/or $g(b)-glycosides MDP/CH�3?-/CH�2?/�n?-MDP/ which activates the main immunity bonds. The invention further proposes the use of $g(a) and/or $g(b)-glycosides N-acetylmuramil-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine as a food additive.
