Abstract:
Provided is an impact-energy-absorbing body which is capable of achieving desired absorption properties and avoiding rebound. An impact-energy-absorbing body (10) formed by molding a plate-shaped resin material, and provided with a flat section (311) and one or more projections (312) projecting from one surface of the flat section (311), wherein the flat section (311) has a plurality of peripheral ribs (317) formed in a groove shape on the other surface in the peripheral section (313) thereof, extending in a direction which intersects the peripheral direction, and arranged in parallel in the peripheral direction.
