Abstract:
An implantable molten ceramic material outflow apparatus, comprising an outflow pipe, the outflow pipe being installed at the bottom of a furnace. The present apparatus implements opening and closing of an outflow port by means of an electric heating method, and can also control the flow of molten ceramic material at the outflow port by means of controlling the size of the current, thereby implementing stable flow control of the molten ceramic material, ensuring the particle size concentration of ceramic sand, and also ensuring the quality of the ceramic sand.
