Abstract:
The invention relates to polygraphic engineering and can be used for improving high-speed printing equipment, mainly for automatic sectional sheet-fed offset three cylinder presses. The design structure of the inventive impression mechanism is based on the properties and principle of a hydrostatic or hydrostatic-dynamic fluid-friction bearing when, at an oil friction mode, a sleeve-trunnion (8) which is fixed to the shaft (9) of a blanket drum emerges in a sleeve-bushing (10) of the bearing which is integrated into the wall of a printing unit, thereby making it possible to minimise an initial eccentricity between the axes of the sleeve-trunnion and sleeve-bushing. Said displacement of the blanket drum shaft is used for controlling the switch-on of the impression mechanism. The switch-off of the impression is carried out by compression springs when the pressure is released in the working chamber of the fluid-friction bearing. Said invention makes it possible to increase the operating speed and reliability of the impression mechanism for the automatic printing machine.
