Abstract:
An improved continuous particle filling equipment. In a bottoming section (1), a bottoming drum (11) is utilized to drive cigarette blank tubes and a cutter edge layer (12) at the top end to synchronously rotate, so that a compound cam (19) and compound punching needles (13) that are above are matched, and bottoming is implemented on the cigarette blank tubes by means of the up-and-down movement of the compound punching needles (13); in a filling section (2), a filling drum (21) is utilized to drive a feeding disk (22) at the top end to rotate, a filling cam (27) is matched to a plurality of moving pistons (212) on the feeding disk (22), thus implementing the opening/closing of each filling through hole (23) on an annular groove (111) of the feeding disk (22), and filling is carried out in a filling working region where a separator (24) is located; in a gluing section (3), glue dispensing rods (33) and the cigarette tubes may be in contact at meshing points under the pressing action of a gluing cam (310), and a gluing wheel (36) in a glue pool (35) glues the glue dispensing rods (33); and in a sealing section (4), the rotation of a sealing drum (41) is utilized to drive sealing punching needles (43) to be matched with a sealing cam (45) that is above so as to implement the up-and-down movement of the sealing punching needles (43) and complete the sealing of the glued cigarette tubes. According to the equipment, a particle heat-not-burn cigarette product may be prepared at a higher efficiency and higher quality, thus reducing costs.
