Abstract:
Disclosed are an improved pump core and an environmentally-friendly high-tech material preparation method therefor. A spring is arranged between the outer diameter of a valve rod outside a pump body of the pump core and an inner plug outside the pump body; the outer diameter of the valve rod in the pump body of the pump core is sleeved into the inner diameter of the inner plug; the inner diameter of a pump port of the pump body and the outer diameter of a lower plug port of the inner plug are buckled and fixed for sealing; the inner diameter of an upper plug port of the inner plug outside the pump body is provided with a lower spring cavity larger than the inner diameter of the lower plug port; a hole of the inner diameter of the upper plug port of the inner plug is provided with an upper spring cavity, the outer diameter of which is less than the inner diameter of the upper plug port, on the outer diameter of the valve rod; and the spring is arranged in a cavity formed by means of sleeving the upper spring cavity of the valve rod and the lower spring cavity of the inner plug, namely, the outer diameter of the upper spring cavity at a rod mouth of the valve rod is an upper ring, the upper ring of the valve rod is sleeved into the inner diameter of the upper plug port of the inner plug, and the outer diameter of the valve rod at the spring is provided with uniformly-distributed vertical grooves. A valve needle of the pump core is made of an environmentally-friendly high-tech material.
