Abstract:
An in-screen optical biological characteristic sensing device (100), at least comprising: a plurality of display unit groups (20), each display unit group (20) comprising one or more display units (21; 22; 23); a plurality of light sensing elements (32) that are respectively provided in a plurality of gaps (G) among the display unit groups (20); and a plurality of opto-mechanical structures (33) that are respectively arranged adjacent to the light sensing elements (32), each opto-mechanical structure (33) at least comprising a light-blocking layer (34) for blocking stray light. The light sensing elements (32) sense a biological characteristic of an object (F) by means of the opto-mechanical structures (33). Therefore, the optical biological characteristic sensing device can be integrated in a display panel to provide a local or full-screen type optical biological characteristic sensing function.
