Abstract:
Provided is an in-situ based anti-ultraviolet ribbon preparation method, comprising: weaving a ribbon by means of a warping machine coordinated with a jacquard, then performing dyeing treatment, immersing the ribbon in a specific anti-ultraviolet finishing agent to form an anti-ultraviolet ribbon, and then immersing the anti-ultraviolet ribbon in silver nitrate to firmly bond an anti-ultraviolet layer onto the surface of the ribbon. The ribbon obtained has a good soaping resistance and has efficient and durable anti-ultraviolet properties, and the preparation process is simple.
