Abstract:
Disclosed are an in situ test system and method for the dynamic resilience modulus of a roadbed. A loading module (1) comprises a test vehicle (5); a servo cylinder (9) is installed on the test vehicle (5); a piston rod of the servo cylinder (9) is connected to a bearing plate (12) acting on the surface of the roadbed; an annular loading plate (22) is arranged outside the bearing plate (12); and the loading plate (22) is connected, by means of a dowel bar (20), to a bearing plate (19) where a balancing weight (18) is placed. A data acquisition module (2) comprises a second high-precision displacement sensor (34) and a plurality of first high-precision displacement sensors (29). A data processing module (3) comprises a computer (7); the computer (7) is connected to a signal input end of the servo cylinder (9), output ends of the first high-precision displacement sensors (29), and an output end of the second high-precision displacement sensor (34) correspondingly; and a dynamic resilience modulus value of the roadbed is inversely calculated by means of software. Meanwhile, the constraints of the repeated driving load and the pavement structure on the roadbed are considered and accurately simulated, the stress state is closer to the actual stress state of the roadbed, the load application is stable and accurate, and the dynamic resilience modulus test result of the roadbed is thus more reliable.
