Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of composite floors, and in particular to an indoor floor based on a polyolefin biomass composite material and a manufacturing method. The indoor floor comprises a base material layer and wood veneer layers covering the base material layer; the wood veneer layers comprise a first wood veneer layer and a second wood veneer layer, and the texture of the first wood veneer layer and the texture of the second wood veneer layer are arranged in a staggered manner. The main components of raw materials of the base material layer comprise: polyolefin, biomass, and glass fibers. In the present invention, the wood veneer layers are designed into two layers, and the textures of the two layers are staggered, so that the function of a balance layer can be achieved, the effect of preventing the floor from warping can be achieved, and it can be guaranteed that the floor is not prone to deformation even if the balance layer is not provided at the bottom of the floor. Moreover, the raw materials of the base material layer are improved, and the glass fibers are added into the raw materials of the base material layer, so that the strength of the polyolefin raw material is improved, the strength of the base material layer is enhanced, the effect of the double wood veneer layers is improved, and the attachment degree between the wood veneer layers and the base material layer is better.
