Abstract:
An indoor waist exercise equipment having an electronic scale is disclosed. According to one embodiment, the indoor waist exercise equipment having an electronic scale may comprise: an electronic scale; a rotating part installed under the electronic scale and having a rotary shaft provided at one end and a rotating sphere provided at the lower end of the rotary shaft; a support part installed apart from the lower portion of a rotating body and having a coupling groove portion; and a control unit for controlling the rotating part to descend such that the rotating sphere and the coupling groove are engaged with each other when a weight sensed by the electronic scale exceeds a preset threshold.
