Abstract:
A method for preparing an induction heating-type adhesive according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first ball milling step for forming base powder of a first diameter; a spray-drying step for aggregating the base powder to form aggregates of a second diameter larger than the first diameter; a heat treatment step for heating the aggregates to undergo phase transformation into magnetic heating aggregates; a second ball milling step for cutting at least part of the magnetic heating aggregates to form magnetic heating powder of the first diameter; and a mixing step for mixing the magnetic heating aggregates and the magnetic heating powder with an adhesive, wherein the magnetic heating aggregates include the second diameter, and the second diameter is three to 200 times larger than the first diameter.
