Abstract:
Disclosed is an inflatable CPC heat collector device, comprising a straight-through type evacuated collector tube, an inflatable CPC heat collector tube support and a double-cavity air bag with a CPC reflector. The straight-through type evacuated collector tube is fixed on the inflatable CPC heat collector tube support; an end of the straight-through type evacuated collector tube is hermetically connected to the end of the inflatable CPC heat collector tube support by means of a seal ring; the double-cavity air bag with the CPC reflector is arranged outside the inflatable CPC heat collector tube support and supported by the inflatable CPC heat collector tube support; and two ends of the double-cavity air bag with the CPC reflector are connected to two ends of the inflatable CPC heat collector tube support in a sealed manner, respectively. According to the device, the curve, orientation and other aspects of a CPC reflective film can be easily adjusted, heat loss is reduced, it is guaranteed that a CPC heat collector has a high solar heat collecting efficiency, and the CPC heat collector device is easy to clean and maintain, has a prolonged service life, is easy to assemble and disassemble, as well as store and transport, has a simple structure, is light weight and has a reduced cost.
