Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to rapidly ascertain the points in time at which traffic conditions are obtained for respective locations after a disaster or the like. [Solution] An information display control device 1 that comprises an acquisition unit 2 and a control unit 3. The acquisition unit 2 acquires vehicle information that includes the locations that each of a plurality of vehicles have passed in each section of a road and the times at which the locations were traveled. For each section of the road, the control unit 3 generates a map that shows traffic conditions calculated on the basis of the vehicle information that includes locations along the relevant section and makes a display device that is not shown display the map, the traffic conditions being shown differently depending on the time elapsed from the most recent time included in the vehicle information that includes locations along the relevant section.
