Abstract:
An information processing device (100) has an acquisition unit (110) that acquires a sound signal, and a control unit (120) that: divides the sound signal into a plurality of sections; calculates, on the basis of the sound signal, a fluctuation value, which is the amount of fluctuation per section time of each of the plurality of sections; specifies a section, among the plurality of sections, in which the fluctuation value is at or below a preset threshold value; calculates, on the basis of the sound signal, the power of the sound signal in the specified section; specifies the maximum value within the power of the sound signal in the specified section; sets a value based on the maximum value to a detection threshold value; and detects, as sections to be detected, sections having at least the detection value within the power of the sound signal as time passes.
