Abstract:
An information processing device 10 comprising: a storage unit 12; a moving image transmission success rate acquisition unit 134 that obtains, as a moving image transmission success rate indicating the transmission state of a moving image by a partner game device 20, the ratio between reception time and the time required for a calculation period, obtaining same on the basis of reception information received from a plurality of game devices 20; a storage processing unit 135 that associates the obtained moving image transmission success rate to identification information for a game device on the moving image transmission side and identification information for a game device on the moving image reception side, and causes same to be stored in the storage unit; and a limiting unit 136 that determines whether or not prescribed a transmission failure condition has been fulfilled for a plurality of moving image transmission success rates associated to one game device 20 and stored in the storage unit 12, said one game device 20 being used as the moving image transmission side, and, if the prescribed transmission failure condition has been fulfilled, limits service provision of an online game to the one game device 20.
