Abstract:
An information processing device 10 acquires, from an image capture device 51, face image data of a passenger 55 who has disembarked from a plane, and also acquires, from a storage device 52, identification information corresponding to the face image data acquired from the image capture device 51. The storage device 52 stores, in advance, passenger identification information including flight information about the passenger 55, and passenger face image data, in association with each other. The information processing device 10 determines from the flight information included in the acquired identification information whether the passenger 55 will board a plane again after the disembarking. If the passenger 55 will board a plane again, the information processing device 10 determines a tour suitable for the passenger 55 on the basis of the acquired identification information and displays information about the tour on display devices 53, 54.
