Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that allow a character string to be displayed at an optimum location. A control unit controls the presentation of a character string represented by text information associated with an object included in a content image that is displayed on a display area. On the basis of the position of the object relative to the display area, the control unit determines a layout area in the display area where the character string is to be located. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a display device for VR.
