Abstract:
The present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program which, when there has been a change in the real world, make it possible to update a corresponding three-dimensional map to match said change. The present invention comprises a detection unit which detects changes in the real world using images captured of the real world, and an update unit which, in the case that a change in the real world has been detected by the detection unit, updates a three-dimensional map generated by imaging the real world. The present invention can be applied, for example, to an information processing device which holds a three-dimensional map and updates the held three-dimensional map.
