Abstract:
The information processing device according to the present invention is provided with: an acquisition unit which acquires biological information about a passenger from the passenger's captured image, wherein said passenger will board an aircraft, but has not yet passed through the boarding gate associated with the aircraft; an identification unit which uses the acquired biological information to identify boarding reservation information relating to the boarding; and an output unit which, on the basis of the identified boarding reservation information, outputs information for assisting the passenger with the procedure at the boarding gate.
