[Problem] To provide an information processing device and an information processing method capable of pseudo-expansion of an apparent field of view. [Solution] An information processing device that comprises an exposure control unit that controls an exposure process so that a captured image acquired via a second acquisition unit and processed on the basis of the relationship of angles of view of an object image acquired by a first acquisition unit and the second acquisition unit is exposed to an eye lens to which at least part of an object image acquired by the first acquisition unit has been exposed.
