Abstract:
The actions of a robot are caused to be more natural when an interaction occurs between the robot and another object. An information processing device: acquires target information indicating a target position of an actual object that can travel autonomously; controls the movement of the actual object so as to face the target position indicated by the target information; acquires present information indicating the present position of the actual object; calculates the physical properties of the interaction between the actual object and a virtual object on the basis of the acquired present information, thereby determining a parameter relating to the position or shape of the virtual object; and controls so that an image corresponding to the virtual object is displayed in the region in which the actual object is positioned, on the basis of the determined parameter.
