Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable a gate device to communicate with a user terminal and output a figure, such as different colored circles, around a user in accordance with a state change of a process necessary for passing through the gate, and to enable the user to recognize the state change. The gate device such as a ticket gate executes communication with a user terminal, and executes control according to a state change of a process necessary for passing through the gate. The gate device outputs a different colored circle according to the state change on a floor surface where the user holding the user terminal is walking. Moreover, the gate device executes a user-terminal position identification process, and changes the output position of the circle to follow the position of the user terminal. By changing the color of the output circle in accordance with each state, such as a state representing successful detection of the user terminal, a gate passing permission state, and a user-terminal recognition finish state, the user can understand the process state.
