Title:
INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/205581
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention suppresses overfitting of reservoir computing models. According to the present invention, a reservoir has a common input layer and first and second output layers that output first and second readout values on the basis of the input applied to the input layer, and is configured from a first partial reservoir including the input layer and the first output layer, and a second partial reservoir in which the size of the portion between the input layer and the second output layer is greater than the size of the portion between the input layer and the first output layer, wherein a learning process includes: (1) a first process for calculating third output weights that serve to reduce the difference between training data and a first output, which is the sum of the products of first output weights and third readout values output by the first output layer on the basis of a first input; and (2) a second process for calculating fourth output weights that serve to reduce the difference between a second output, which is the sum of the products of second output weights and fourth readout values output by a second output device on the basis of the first input, and difference training data, which is the difference between training data and the sum of the products of the third readout values and the third output weights.
