Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently perform support for store operation including a work procedure and arrangement of an assistant in store management and support for education of the assistant on the basis of a situation inside a store and a situation outside the store. In this information processing system, an imaging control unit 201 of a camera 2 images an object included in a range of 360 degrees of an omni-direction therearound. A generation unit 202 generates imaged image data of the object. An acquisition unit 101 of a server 1 acquires the imaged image data imaged and generated by each of the plurality of cameras 2, including at least a part of the inside and the outside of a store R. An operation support unit 102 displays operation support information for a store staff T of the store R on the basis of the imaged image data. An education support unit 103 displays education support information for the store staff T of the store R on the basis of the imaged image data. Thus, the above-mentioned problem is solved.
