Abstract:
This information providing method includes: acquiring regional infection information from one or more voice recognition devices, where the regional infection information includes an infection warning level obtained by analysis of a voice signal by the one or more voice recognition devices, and a region associated with the infection warning level; calculating an infection risk value representing the magnitude of an infection risk for each region, on the basis of the acquired regional infection information; generating output information for each region in accordance with the calculated infection risk value; and transmitting the generated output information via a network to equipment in the corresponding region.
