Abstract:
An information provision system which uses an information terminal having a camera and a display to provide a user with information for addressing a problem, said information terminal being provided with: an identification means which identifies a problem area in an image captured by the camera; and a display control means which suitably displays a plurality of procedure screens on the display in accordance with an answer from the user, said plurality of procedure screens indicating the content of a procedure for addressing the problem area identified by the identification means. The plurality of procedure screens include a first procedure screen that displays a plurality of answer items that can be selected by the user as an answer with respect to the procedure, and the plurality of answer items include an answer item relating to the state of an object and an answer item relating to the state of the user.
