Disclosed are an infusion alarm system and method, a computer device and a storage medium. The system comprises: a drip chamber (20), an infusion pipe (21), an infusion pump (22), a sensor (23), an infuser roller (24), a signal processor (25) and an alarm (26), wherein the infusion pump (22), the sensor (23) and the infuser roller (24) are arranged on the infusion pipe (21); the signal processor (25) is connected to the sensor (23) and the alarm (25); the sensor (23) is used for collecting pressure data of the infusion pipe (21) where the sensor (23) is located, and sending the pressure data to the signal processor (25); the signal processor (25) is used for monitoring the pressure data, and calibrating the monitored pressure data when a mutation of the pressure data is monitored, with the mutation of the pressure data being determined based on changes in the trend of a curve formed by the pressure data; the signal processor (25) is further used for sending an alarm instruction to the alarm (26) based on the calibrated pressure data; and the alarm (26) is used for executing an alarm operation based on the alarm instruction, such that the alarm operation can be accurately executed based on the calibrated pressure data.
