Abstract:
An injection chelating treatment method for waste incineration fly ash, mainly using a deacidifying system to inject directly a solid powder fly ash chelating agent into smoke so as to mix the chelating agent directly with the smoke powder to complete the chelating process of the fly ash in the smoke. After collecting the waste incineration fly ash subsequently, the fly ash meets the requirements of GB16889-2008. According to the method, a deacidifying system is used to inject a chelating agent into smoke to individually chelate the smoke, or the deacidifying system is used to inject powder having deacidifying and chelating functions into the smoke to deacidify and chelate the smoke, thereby reducing the process, saving the space occupied by devices, and effectively reducing operating costs.
