Abstract:
The utility model belongs to the technical field of plastic materials production, and relates to an injection molding machine material input structure having a preheating capability. The material input structure comprises a preheating box to which a feed hopper and a mixing container are fixed, and to which is connected a mixing shaft. Fixed to the mixing shaft are a driven gear engaging with a driving gear to which is fixed a drive motor, and a spiral plate. A fan and a heating mesh are fixed to the preheating box, and a blanking station, provided with a first discharge aperture, is fixed to a discharge container. In the present utility model based on a common injection molding machine material input structure, a heating device, a blower device and a mixing device are installed. Heating time is reduced, heating homogeneity is increased, and the utility model offers extensive market prospects and is suitable for promotion.
