Abstract:
Provided is an injection molding method using an injection molding machine in which the mold cavity of a mold is filled with a molten copolymer from a nozzle of the injection molding machine to obtain an injection molded product, wherein the minimum thickness of the mold cavity is 0.8 mm or less, the total projected area of the mold is at least 1 cm2, the copolymer contains a tetrafluoroethylene unit and a fluoroalkyl vinyl ether unit, and the number of functional groups per 106 main-chain carbon atoms in the copolymer is 100 or less.
