Abstract:
Provided is an injection molding system capable of reducing a molding failure resulting from a resin membrane formed in a flow path of a molten resin. A stem 240 of an injection molding system 1 is attached to a connecting hole 35 connecting a runner 25 of an injection molding machine and an injection port 11a for injecting a molten resin into a mold 10, and is provided to be movable between a closed position at which the injection port 11a is closed and an open position which is a position retracted toward the runner 25 from the closed position and at which the injection port 11a is opened. The stem 240 has: a spiral groove 241 that connects a gap S between the connecting hole 35 and the stem 240 and the runner 25 when the stem 240 is disposed in the closed position; and a peripheral groove 243 provided on the injection port 11a side of the spiral groove 241.
