Abstract:
Provided are an ink set for printing, and a printing method, the ink set comprising: a pretreatment liquid including a cationic compound having a molecular weight of 150-220 per monovalent cation; and an ink composition including a water-insoluble dye, a dispersant, and water, wherein the dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of a urethane resin, a urea resin, and a urethane urea resin.
