Abstract:
Provided is an ink supply system used for a printer (1). The printer (1) comprises a plate cylinder (2) and an impression cylinder (3). The ink supply system comprises two or more single-color cylinders (5a, 5b, 5c) and corresponding distributor rollers (6a, 6b, 6c) and ink fountain rollers (7a, 7b, 7c), and further comprises a color-collecting cylinder device (4), the color-collecting cylinder device (4) comprising at least one first color-collecting cylinder (4-1), at least one second color-collecting cylinder (4-2) spaced apart from the first color-collecting cylinder (4-1), and a color-collecting cylinder belt (4-3) surrounding the first and second color-collecting cylinders, the color-collecting cylinder belt (4-3) being able to be in contact with the plate cylinder (2) of the printer (1) by means of the first color-collecting cylinder (4-1) and to be in contact with the single-color cylinders (5a, 5b, 5c) by means of the second color-collecting cylinder (4-2); and the color-collecting cylinder belt (4-3) is able to travel with the rotation of the first and second color-collecting cylinders, thereby transferring the ink from the single-color cylinders (5a, 5b, 5c) to the plate cylinder (2) of the printer (1). A printer comprising the ink supply system, use of the ink supply system in a printer, and a printing method are also involved. Said apparatus and method improve the anti-counterfeiting effect.
