Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an ink with which ink-jet textile printing can be easily conducted and which, after textile printing, is excellent in terms of coloring property and laundering resistance; a textile printing method using the ink; a printed textile obtained by the textile printing method; and an ink agent for textiles which is for use in the ink. The ink of the present invention comprises an ink agent comprising a polymer having a chromophore and a binder resin. It is preferable that the ink further include water. It is preferable that the ink further include an antiseptic. It is preferable that the ink further include a hydrotropic agent. It is preferable that the polymer be particulate. The textile printing method of the present invention includes a step in which droplets of the ink are ejected and the droplets are adhered to woven fabric and a step in which the woven fabric that has undergone the ejection step is heated. The printed textile of the present invention is a textile printed by the textile printing method. The ink agent for textiles of the present invention comprises a polymer having a chromophore.
