Abstract:
The invention relates to a screen printing cylinder with a circular screen (03, 103) and a doctor blade (01, 101), arranged on the inner surface of the circular screen (03, 103). A web (07, 107), is arranged parallel to the cylinder axis on the lateral surface (05, 105) of the doctor blade (01, 101), facing the ink pushed before the doctor blade, whereby the doctor blade (01, 101), a section of the circular screen (03, 103) in contact with the above and the web (07, 107), extending from the doctor blade (101), form an open channel bed opposed to the direction of rotation of the screen printing cylinder. Guide means, in particular, grooves (108) are arranged at least both longitudinal end regions of the web (07, 107), for diversion of the ink, scraped from the circular screen (03, 103) by the doctor blade (01, 101), along the longitudinal direction of the doctor blade (01, 101) towards the middle thereof.
