Abstract:
An inkjet-printed organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, the method comprising the following steps: sequentially forming a passivation layer (3) and a planar layer (4) above a carrier substrate (2) on which at least one pair of thin film transistors (1) is prepared, the passivation layer (3) covering the at least one pair of thin film transistors (1); forming at least one pair of vias (41) on the passivation layer (3) and the planar layer (4); forming at least one pair of anodes (5) on the planar layer (4), the at least one pair of anodes (5) being electrically connected to the at least one pair of thin film transistors (1) by means of the vias (41) on the passivation layer (3) and the planar layer (4); preparing an electrode isolation layer (6) between the at least one pair of anodes (5) by using Al2O3 or an organic photoresist material; forming a light emitting layer (8) above the at least one pair of anodes (5) by means of inkjet printing, the light emitting layer (8) covering the electrode isolation layer (6). By means of the described method, the performance of the thin film transistors (1) in the inkjet-printed OLED display panel is improved, while the mobility of the thin film transistors (1) is not decreased, and threshold voltage drift is effectively suppressed.
