Abstract:
An inkjet recording method that has: a first step in which an ink containing a water-soluble polymerizable component A and water is discharged from an inkjet recording head and applied to a medium M and a first image is formed; and a second step in which an active energy ray is irradiated onto the first image and a second image is formed. The polymerizable component A is dissolved in the first image and fulfills the relationship 0 < (y/x) ≤ 0.80 between: the moisture concentration x (mass%) of the first image; and the moisture concentration y (mass%) of the second image in an environment of 95% humidity.
