Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inkjet textile-printing ink composition for use on fabric that has been treated with an inkjet textile-printing treatment solution that contains a calcium salt and at least one resin component selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, methacrylic resins, styrene resins, and styrene-acrylic resins, wherein the inkjet textile-printing ink composition exhibits an excellent mechanical stability and discharge stability and an excellent image density and wash fastness and can give a textile-printed material resistant to fuzzing and texture reductions. The present invention relates to an inkjet textile-printing ink composition for use on fabric that has been treated with an inkjet textile-printing treatment solution that contains a calcium salt and at least one resin component selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, methacrylic resins, styrene resins, and styrene-acrylic resins. The inkjet textile-printing ink composition comprises a pigment, a pigment dispersing agent, an anionic polyurethane resin, a water-soluble organic solvent, and water. The pigment dispersing agent is provided by the neutralization with a basic compound of an acrylic resin having an acid value of 100-200 mg KOH/g and a mass-average molecular weight of 10,000-40,000. The anionic polyurethane resin contains the urea bond; is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate compound with a polyamine compound and at least one polyol compound selected from polyester polyols, polylactone polyols, and polycarbonate polyols; has an acid value of 5-100 mg KOH/g; and has a mass-average molecular weight of 5,000-220,000. The basic compound satisfies condition (A) or (B). (A) Does not contain alkanolamine. (B) Contains alkanolamine wherein the ratio x/y is greater than 0 and is not more than 0.5 where x is the value provided by multiplying the number of amino groups in the alkanolamine by the number of moles of the alkanolamine and y is the value provided by multiplying the number of moles of acid monomer constituting the pigment dispersing agent by the number of acid groups in the acid monomer.
