Abstract:
An inlet flow mixing pipe for a desulphurization tower, comprising a bottom sealing plate (1) and a connecting plate (2) located above the bottom sealing plate (1); the bottom sealing plate (1) and the connecting plate (2) are integrally connected by means of a peripheral plate, and the bottom sealing plate (1), the connecting plate (2) and the peripheral plate enclose an internal space into which exhaust gas is discharged; the bottom sealing plate (1) is provided with a generator air inlet hole, a main machine air inlet hole and a boiler air inlet hole, an air outlet hole is provided on the connecting plate (2), and an air inlet pipe (3) is provided at each of the generator air inlet hole, the main machine air inlet hole and the boiler air inlet hole, an air outlet pipe (4) is provided at the air outlet hole, and the center of the main machine air inlet hole, the center of the air inlet pipe (3) provided at the main machine air inlet hole, the center of the air outlet hole on the connection plate (2) and the center of the air outlet pipe (4) are all on the same straight line. The inlet flow mixing pipe for a desulphurization tower has a small backpressure, discharges gas smoothly, occupies a small space, and has a simple structure.
