Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide an inorganic-microparticle-containing polysilsesquioxane composition resulting from inorganic microparticles being uniformly dispersed in polysilsesquioxane. To solve said problem, the inorganic-microparticle-containing polysilsesquioxane composition is obtained by hydrolysis/polycondensation of a trifunctional alkoxysilane compound in a composition for polymerization containing the trifunctional alkoxysilane compound, water, a catalyst, and inorganic microparticles containing a metal element or a metalloid element.
