Abstract:
An insert die device (6) comprises: an insert die (17) that is configured to be detachably attached to a spacer die (16) attached to an upper holder (32) so as to be positioned between a plurality of upper dies (13), and that performs the bending process for a workpiece W together with the plurality of upper dies (13) in a state in which the insert die (17) is attached to the spacer die (16); and a die moving mechanism (60) that moves the insert die (17) between an attachment position at which the insert die (17) is attached to the spacer die (16) and a retracted position at which the insert die (17) is spaced apart from the spacer die (16). The plurality of upper dies (13) include, at both left and right edges, edge dies (15) integrally formed with edge portions (15d) projecting sideward.
