Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/181249
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The insole-supinator is intended to be used in the quality of structural elements for manufacture of ballet shoes, specifically Pointe shoes. The insole-supinator consists of main insole (1) with 1-2 mm thickness and a supinator (2). The supinator (2) is made of two layers (3), repeating the shape of the main insole (1) from the base of the toes to the base of the heeL (3). The supinator (2) is made of two layers (3), one layer (3), repeating the shape of the main insole (1) from the base of the toes to the base of the heel (3) and one layer (3), repeating the shape of the main insole (1) under the foot arch (4) witlil-2 mm thickness. The main insole (1) and the layers (3) are joined together through a glue layer (3). The layers (3) of the supinator (2) are made of molded polycarbonate. The main insole (1) is made of molded polycarbonate or leather. Before the arch part of the supinator (2) layer (3), repeating the shape of the main insole (1), from the base of the toes to the base of the heel (3) is made a cross- section. The insole-supinator has an optimum flexibility, prevents from deforming the foot, reduces the stress on joints and spine, distinctly limits the line of "folding" for toes in the insole, distinctly limits the line of fording for "working heel", which gives more mobility of the ankle joint and forms a support of the foot arch (4).

Description:
INSOLE-SUPINATOR FOR DANCE BALLET SHOES

Technical field

This invention is related to the light industry, particularly, the structural elements used in the manufacture of ballet shoes, specifically Pointe shoes.

Prior Art

The insole which often has additional input insole and supinator, is fixed in ballet Pointe shoes intended to help ballet dancer's legs during the dance.

On the market we know the supinator for dance ballet shoes manufactured by the French company "REPETTO" (producing since 1997). The material from which the supinator is produced is a board. This material isn't sufficiently elastic and is no longer broken in places where folds.

We also know the supinator for dance ballet shoes of the British company "FREED" (producing since 1996). This supinator is in the form of a plate with a complex shape, made of regenerated leather and fits to the insole of the ballet shoes. This material of which the supinator is made isn't sufficiently elastic and is no longer broken in places where folds.

We know the supinator for dance ballet shoes "Grishko" (patent of the Russian Federation No 2240022, published on 27.03.2004. m.kl. A43B 5/12), this supinator is selected as the closest analogue. The supinator for dance ballet shoes "Grishko" represents a plate, its size fits the size of the insole and the plate is rectangular made of a filled polymer. A disadvantage of the prototype is that the shape and the size of the supinator do not allow to reach optimum elasticity which is needed for dance ballet shoes in "toes" position. The supinator does not allow to precisely limit the line of "folding" for toes in the insole and the line of folding for "working heel".

Summary of the invention

The aim of the invention is to create a supinator with such a construction that would eliminate these disadvantages, i.e. it would be technological during the manufacturing, durable, lightweight, would have the optimum flexibility, which remains stable in use and does not lose its properties as time goes by. All that contributes to greater mobility of the ankle joint and forms a support of the foot arch. - -

We achieve this goal by constructing the insole supinator for dance ballet shoes, consisting of a main insole and supinator according to the pretended solution, the supinator is made of two or more layers, repeating the shape of the main insole, put together and with the main insole by adhesive.

The essence of the technical solution is determined by additional elements that contribute to achieving the pretended technical result.

The first layer of supinator is made as a repetition of the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel and the second layer is made as a repetition of a main shape of the insole under the foot arch. Both layers of supinator are made as a repetition of the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel.

The supinator layers are made of molded polycarbonate.

The main insole is made of molded polycarbonate or leather.

Before the supinator arch of the layer, which repeats the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel is made a cross-section.

The thickness of the main insole made of molded polycarbonate or leather is 1-2 mm.

The thickness of the supinator layers is 1-2 mm.

The thickness of the supinator layer, repeating the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel, at the base of the heel is thinner than the supinator layer at the base of the toes.

Brief description of the attached drawings

The essence of the useful model is shown in the drawings, wherein:

Figure 1 represents the general appearance on top of the insole - supinator;

Figure 2 is a general view sidelong of the insole-supinator according to the version of claim 2; Figure 3 is a general view sidelong of the insole-supinator according to the version for realization of claim 3. - -

Example of invention realization

The insole supinator includes a main insole 1 made of solid polycarbonate or leather with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm and two-layer-supinator 2. Supinator 2 consists of two layers, repeating the shape ofthe main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel 3. Supinator 2 may include a layer of a base of the toes to the base of the heel 3 and a layer repeating the shape of the main insole under the foot arch 4, as described in claim 3. The main insole 1 and layers 3 i

and 4 of supinator 2 are joined together through adhesive layers 5. Layers 3 and 4 of supinator 2 are made of molded polycarbonate, other flexible plastic material can be used, such as ABS plastic, polystyrene or impact polystyrene. The thickness of layers 3 and 4 of supinator 2, depending on the required hardness is 1-2 mm. Before the arch part of layer 3 of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole, from the base of the toes to the base of the heel is made a cross-section 6.

The supinator-insole is made as follows:

The main insole 1 is cut with the desired size and layers 3 and 4 of the supinator. When using the insole-supinator with a cross-section 6, the layer 3 of supinator 2 is cut. The main insole 1 and layers 3 and 4 of the supinator 2 are stuck with the required thickness depending on the hardness.

In these specific examples, in terms of production we used - main insole with 1 mm thickness, two layers of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel with 2 mm and 2 mm thickness;

main insole with 1 mm thickness, two layers of supinator, repeating the shape ofthe main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel with 2 mm and 1 mm thickness;

main insole with 2 mm thickness, two layers of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel with 2 mm and 1 mm thickness;

main insole with 1 mm thickness, one layer of supinator, repeating the shape ofthe main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel with 2 mm thickness and one layer of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole under the foot arch with 1 mm thickness;

main insole with 2 mm thickness, one layer of supinator, repeating the shape ofthe main insole from the base of the toes to the base of the heel with 2 mm thickness and one layer of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole under the foot arch with 2 mm thickness;

main insole with 2 mm thickness, one layer of supinator, repeating the shape ofthe main insole from the base of the toes to the base ofthe heel with 1 mm thickness and one layer of supinator, repeating the shape of the main insole under the foot arch with 2 mm thickness.

It can be used different options of production according to the required parameters. The supinator is joint to the main insole and is made of two or more layers, repeating the shape ofthe main insole with optimum flexibility, prevents from deforming the foot, reduces the stress on joints and spine, distinctly limits the line of "folding" for toes in the insole, distinctly limits the line of fording for "working heel", which gives more mobility of the ankle joint and forms a support of the foot arch. When using the requested insole - supinator, the drop from big toes to toes it is more suitable and vice versa. In cases when applied in schools, the insole-supinator supports muscles and directs them to the proper development.
