Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an insole that can be worn on a foot in a close-fitting manner and fits inside a shoe. This insole is configured from: an insole main body shaped in substantially the same shape as the inner sole of a shoe; a plurality of thong member securing parts for attachment of a thong member, the thong member securing parts being provided on the insole main body; and the thong member which secures a human foot via the thong member securing parts. The thong member securing parts are provided so as to form a required space between the inner surface of a front end portion of the shoe and the toes of the foot by a front side securing part which is located at a position closer to the front end of the insole main body and a rear side securing part which is disposed behind the front side securing part and located at a position on the insole main body which corresponds to at least a metatarsal part or heel part of the foot.
