Title:
INSTALLATION METHOD FOR A HOISTING MACHINE WITH A DISPERSED CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/108073
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Installation method of a hoisting machine with a dispersed control system, where components of a hoisting machine including: power supply assemblies, control assemblies, actuating assemblies, supporting frame, gears, drive motors, brake unit, coil drum, operator's cab and sanitary elements are located in container modules (1), is characterised by the fact that a dispersed system (3) is implemented in the machine control structure, which minimises the number of signal connections (required to ensure full functionality), simultaneously creating a modular structure of the control system facilitating extension with new functions using the foundation blocks (2). This solution makes it possible to repeatedly assemble and disassemble the hoisting machine with its foundation, on the operation site.

/[. Installation method of a hoisting machine with a dispersed control system where installation of a hoisting machine consisting of such components as power supply assemblies, control assemblies, actuating assemblies, supporting frame, gears, drive motors, brake unit, coil drum, operator's cab and sanitary elements are located in container modules characterised in that the hoisting machine control system is based on a dispersed system (3) and the number of modules (1) and associated foundation blocks and their location in relation to one another is free, and the haulage machine foundation is constructed of foundation blocks (2).

Description:
Installation method for a hoisting machine with a dispersed control system

The subject matter of the invention is a method of modular installation of a hoisting machine with a dispersed control system, used in mining shaft hoists.

The PL196043 patent description provides a method of conversion of a hoisting machine for a mining shaft hoist consisting in replacement of mechanical parts of the machine and electrical equipment of the machine power supply, control and operation monitoring system to be conducted during two stages. A shaft, assembled in a plant, with a Koepe pulley, DC motor rotors, bearings, brake disks and brake system is balanced and the brake system operation is inspected. During the first stage of the hoisting machine conversion process, after it is decommissioned, the technical section is replaced and, after machine electrical power supply, control and monitoring systems are inspected, it is activated. During the second stage of the hoisting machine conversion process, following the preparatory works not requiring machine decommissioning, elements and components of machine electrical power supply, control and operation monitoring systems are replaced.

Installation method of a hoisting machine with a dispersed control system where installation of a hoisting machine consisting of such components as power supply assemblies, control assemblies, actuating assemblies, supporting frame, gears, drive motors, brake unit, coil drum, operator's cab and sanitary elements are located in container modules characterised in that the hoisting machine control system is based on a dispersed system and the number of modules and associated foundation blocks and their location in relation to one another is free, and the haulage machine foundation is constructed of foundation blocks.

The method of installing a hoisting machine on newly designed, integral (with the hoisting machine container modules), foundation blocks reduces the hoisting machine installation and commissioning time in comparison with other commonly employed construction solutions. The modules accommodate certain hoisting machine elements including: power supply assemblies, control assemblies, actuating assemblies, supporting frame, gears, drive motors, brake unit, coil drum, operator's cab and sanitary elements. A hoisting machine installed in a modular manner has no functional limits in relation to applicable regulations. The hoisting machine control system is based on dispersed systems. Such a solution makes it possible to minimise minimises the number of signal connections (required to ensure full functionality), simultaneously creating a modular structure of the control system facilitating extension with new functions. Electrical lines between containers are routed on a specially designed floor. This solution makes it possible to repeatedly assemble and disassemble the hoisting machine with its foundation, on the operation site. The advantage of the solution is provision of own, correctly designed, movable foundation blocks that eliminate a need to provide a specialist foundation under the hoisting machine being installed. The number of modules (containers) and associated foundation blocks as well as their location in relation to one another is arbitrary.

The schematic drawing shows an example layout of hoisting machine modules including:

• container modules (1);

• foundation blocks (2);

• locations of hoisting machine dispersed control system elements for modules 1 to 9

(3).
