Abstract:
An instant bird's nest soup, comprising bird's nests and traditional Chinese medicine compositions. The traditional Chinese medicine compositions comprise at least one of Ginseng, Root Pilose Asiabell, Root of Membranous Milkvetch, Indian Bread, Rhizome of Largehead Atractylodes, Seed of Gordon Euryale, Lotus Seed, Common Yam Rhizome, Rhizome of Fragrant Solomonseal, Seed of Jobstears, Jujube Chinese Date, and White Hyacinth Bean; the bird's nests are dry bird's nests or instant-stewing bird's nests, and the traditional Chinese medicine compositions are traditional Chinese medicinal materials or traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The bird's nests, a clear soup, and the traditional Chinese medicine compositions are filled into a container and then sealed, and the instant bird's nest soup is obtained by stewing or boiling in 110°C-130°C for 15-25 min.
