Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an insulated coated carbon fiber that has excellent insulation properties while having high heat conductivity, and a method for manufacturing the insulated coated carbon fiber. In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is an insulated coated carbon fiber obtained by coating at least a portion of a carbon fiber with an insulating coating, the insulated coated carbon fiber characterized in that the insulating coating is a polymer comprising one or more polymerizable compounds having a double bond, and at least one of the polymerizable compounds have two or more polymerizable functional groups.
