Abstract:
An insulator R pin puller, comprising: a pin pulling assembly and an insulating operation rod, wherein the pin pulling assembly comprises a first connection pipe, a guide support block (10), a first omnidirectional angle transmission gear (5), a rotary screw sleeve (7), a screw rod (8), and an R pin pulling head (9); the guide support block (10) is fixed to an upper end of the first connection pipe and is provided with a limiting hole for performing limiting guiding on the R pin pulling head (9); the rotary screw sleeve (7) is located in the first connection pipe and is rotatably connected to same; the rotary screw sleeve (7) has a first end fixedly connected to the first omnidirectional angle transmission gear (5), and a second end threadedly connected to the screw rod (8); the screw rod (8) is fixedly connected to the R pin pulling head (9); the insulating operation rod comprises a second connection pipe, a second omnidirectional angle transmission gear (6), and a transmission rod (11); the transmission rod (11) is located in the second connection pipe and is rotatably connected to same; an upper end of the transmission rod (11) is fixedly connected to the second omnidirectional angle transmission gear (6); the first connection pipe and the second connection pipe are rotatably connected and are locked and fixed by means of an adjusting bolt; and the first omnidirectional angle transmission gear (5) is engaged with the second omnidirectional angle transmission gear (6). The pin puller uses a screw sleeve transmission mode, so that operation is more labor-saving in a limited space; indirect hot-line working can be performed by means of the insulating operation rod, so as to complete removal of an insulator R pin, the working is more safe and efficient, and the problem of remote operation between an operator and an insulator string is solved.
