Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is an integral type reducing motor gear, comprising a striped gear, a fixing boss and a fixing convex shaft. One end surface of the striped gear is provided with the fixing boss, and the other end surface is provided with the fixing convex shaft. The striped gear, the fixing boss and the fixing convex shaft are located on a same shaft axis. The integral type reducing motor gear is characterized by further comprising an axial oil groove, a radial oil groove and an oil guide groove. The axial oil groove is arranged on the fixing boss, the radial oil groove is arranged outside the fixing boss in a surrounding manner, and the axial oil groove and the radial oil groove are connected. The oil guide groove is arranged on the surface of the striped gear. One end of the oil guide groove is connected with the radial oil groove, and the other end extends to the gear. The present utility model has the following beneficial effects: high structural strength of the gear, high precision of parts, low working noise, stable operation, long service life and low manufacturing cost. The present utility model also features convenient lubrication and uniform distribution of lubricating oil, thereby reducing consumption of lubricating oil and saving resources.
